Getting Support for PlantQuest
If you encounter any issues while using PlantQuest, there are multiple ways to get support:
1. In-App Support
The fastest way to get help is through the in-app support feature.
Locate the support button in the bottom left corner of the PlantQuest interface.
Submit a ticket directly to the support team.
2. Email Support
If you prefer email, you can reach out to [email protected] for any PlantQuest-related queries.
Be sure to include detailed information about your issue (see tips below).
3. IT Department Support
If your issue is related to network access or Active Directory (AD) credentials, contact your IT department instead.
PlantQuest support cannot resolve network or login credential issues.
Tips for Faster Support Resolution
Provide detailed descriptions of the issue.
Include screenshots, videos, and error messages if possible.
Mention steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot the issue.
Note any patterns (e.g., "this happens at login" or "only when I use feature X").
