Getting Support for PlantQuest

If you encounter any issues while using PlantQuest, there are multiple ways to get support:

1. In-App Support

  • The fastest way to get help is through the in-app support feature.

  • Locate the support button in the bottom left corner of the PlantQuest interface.

  • Submit a ticket directly to the support team.

2. Email Support

  • If you prefer email, you can reach out to [email protected] for any PlantQuest-related queries.

  • Be sure to include detailed information about your issue (see tips below).

3. IT Department Support

  • If your issue is related to network access or Active Directory (AD) credentials, contact your IT department instead.

  • PlantQuest support cannot resolve network or login credential issues.
