What are the system requirements for using PlantQuest?

Web Application:

  • Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

  • Stable internet connection.

Tablet Application:

  • iOS (Apple iPad): Install via your organisation’s enterprise app store.

  • Android (Samsung tablet): Requires Android 10 or later (contact your admin for access).

  • Offline Mode: Asset location and navigation remain functional without an internet connection.

How do I log into PlantQuest?

  1. Web Application:

    • Go to https://facility.yourcompany.plantquest.app.

    • Click Sign In and use your Active Directory credentials (if integrated).

    • If you received an email with login instructions, follow the steps provided.

    • Once logged in, you'll land on the OneView home page.

  2. Tablet Application:

    • Install the PlantQuest app following the system requirements.

    • Open the app and enter your login credentials as per the web login.

    • You'll see the OneView mobile interface.

  1. Select the searchbox in the top left corner.

  2. Enter the Tag/ID of an asset or room.

  3. Select the correct result from the dropdown list.

  4. The asset or room location will appear on the facility map.
