Who can access the PlantQuest Admin Portal?

Only users with admin privileges can access the Admin Portal. If you need access, contact your System Owner.

How do I add a new asset?

  1. Go to Admin Portal → Assets → Add Asset.

  2. Use filters to locate the correct room.

  3. Drag the asset pin to its precise location.

  4. Enter metadata and click Save.

How do I update an existing asset?

  1. Find the asset in Admin Portal → Assets.

  2. Modify location or metadata.

  3. Click Save to confirm changes.

How do I archive an asset?

  1. Locate the asset in Admin Portal → Assets.

  2. Click Archive at the bottom of the metadata section.

What is the Change Log?

The Change Log tracks all asset modifications, including:

  • Who made the change.

  • The type of change (Add, Update, Archive).

  • A timestamp of the action.

  • Before & after metadata.

To access the log, go to Admin Portal → Change Log.
